Shipping Policies

Smoked items are made and ready to ship.  All other items are Custom Made and require extra time to be made reguardless of the kind of shipping you choose.  Turn around time is normally 7 to 9 days but during Holiday season can be 2 to 3 weeks so please don't order an item and pay next day air and think it will be shipped the next day.  If you have a need for rush service, please contact us before your item is ordered to make sure we can meet your expectations.

We ship USPS because we feel that it is the most economical way to ship small packages.  All our packages are now being insured for free.  If your item is lost, it will be replaced.  This does not apply to packages that are showing as "Delivered" and you say you didn't get it.  That will have to be dealt with on your end with your local Post Office.

Expedited shipping means that your package wil be shipped via Priority Mail instead of first class.  If you want overnight (Express Mail), which is 1 to 2 days depending on your zip code, please contact me before you order for instructions.

Tracking numbers are not available for shipments made out of the country.  The USPS gives us a tracking number which proves that we sent the package but it can not actually be used for tracking except to the US port that it leaves from.  It will only show you the ship location and the destination.  We are now able to insure international shipments but I have never tried to collect on one of those yet so I am not sure what has to be done to prove it is lost.
